• Meadow facilitators and Apcor SC LLC, solely for the purpose of coordinating your psilocybin product transfer and session logistics
• Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and services (subject to confidentiality agreements)
• Oregon Health Authority or other regulatory bodies as required by law
• Legal authorities when required by valid legal process or to protect the rights and safety of Meadow, our clients, or the public

4. Health Information

Health-related information you share with Meadow is used exclusively for our advisory review in connection with Meadow's internal client policies and applicable Oregon law. We treat this information with heightened care and limit access to authorized personnel only. Meadow's advisory review does not create a physician-patient relationship and is not governed by HIPAA; however, we voluntarily apply privacy standards consistent with the sensitivity of this information.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health intake and session records are retained in accordance with Oregon psilocybin service center record-keeping requirements under ORS Chapter 475A.
