Meadow Holdings LLC ("Meadow," "we," "us," or "our") is a Washington limited liability company operating under Oregon law. Meadow provides wellness preparation and integration advisory services through licensed facilitators who serve as independent contractors of Meadow. Apcor SC LLC is a separately licensed Oregon psilocybin service center responsible solely for the transfer of psilocybin products; Apcor SC LLC does not provide wellness, preparation, integration, or advisory services of any kind.
Meadow is not a medical provider, licensed healthcare facility, or mental health clinic. Meadow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care of any kind.
By accessing meadowmedicine.org, scheduling a session, signing any intake form, or engaging with any Meadow service, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement. Meadow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Meadow provides advisory wellness services through licensed facilitators who serve as independent contractors of Meadow. Services may include:
Meadow retains the right to disqualify any client from its program at any time and reserves the right to decline to work with any individual for any lawful reason. Decisions regarding psilocybin product selection and dosage are made by the client in an advisory relationship with their assigned Meadow facilitator. Apcor SC LLC is solely responsible for the transfer of psilocybin products and does not provide any wellness, preparation, integration, or advisory services.
Apcor SC LLC is a separately licensed Oregon psilocybin service center whose sole role is the lawful transfer of psilocybin products. Apcor SC LLC does not provide wellness services, preparation sessions, integration sessions, advisory services, or any other client-facing services. All client services are provided by Meadow through its independent contractor facilitators.
Psilocybin products are not sold by Meadow. Product pricing is set independently by Apcor SC LLC and is paid directly to the service center in cash on the administration day.
Meadow's program fees cover preparation and integration services only. Psilocybin product fees are separate and paid directly to the service center.

If a client cancels before the first facilitator session, Meadow will issue a full refund.
Once the first facilitator session has been completed:
Preparation, integration, and coaching sessions are reserved time with Meadow facilitators.
Once the psilocybin administration session has taken place, no refunds are issued.
Psilocybin services involve inherent risks including but not limited to temporary or permanent physical or psychological effects, altered states of consciousness, and in rare cases serious adverse events. By engaging Meadow's services you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them. A full risk disclosure and waiver is provided separately and must be signed prior to participation.

All content on meadowmedicine.org including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Meadow Holdings LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Meadow does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meadow Holdings LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meadow Holdings LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon in accordance with ORS 36.600 through ORS 36.740. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Meadow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at meadowmedicine.org with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
